Welcome to the web site NOJUST.COM. The purpose on building this web site is to mobilize the public to speak out against injustice arising in any form and in any place. The injustice addressed herein relates to the question of why the laws dealing with the possession of marijuana should be repealed. The motto of this web site is taken from a statement made by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. that injustice anywhere is injustice every where. The preamble to the Declaration of Independence states that all men are endowed by their creator to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. There can be no liberty or happiness when a segment of the public is subject to the draconian laws dealing with the possession of marijuana. These laws lack all justiifcation for their continued existence. Like it or not, we are bound by the principles stated in the preamble to the Constitution of the United States. Therefore we must speak out on behalf of our brothers and sisters who may suffer from the unjust laws dealing with the possession of marijuana. The words of Benjamin Franklin clearly establish that we are our brothers' keepers when he said that either we hang together or we shall surely hang separately.
