Author

The creator of this web site is Solomon Abrahams, a former attorney and husband of fifty eight years with two adult children.

The author has attended New York University and Brooklyn Law School. For approximately fifty three years, the author has represented clients before the Courts of the State of New York as well as in the Federal Courts and is more than qualified to provide you with legal help. The matters handled by the author included criminal cases, civil rights, constitutional law, personal injury, employment law and matrimonial law. A number of cases in which the author has been involved appear in legal publications.

 

The author has handled many DWI matters and has become proficient in the complexity of a dwi matter. The author has also represented employees who have litigated claims that employers and managers have engaged in sexual harassment and/or discrimination.

These experiences have led the author to create handbooks, such as “Confronting the charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated” and “Sexual harassment in the workplace”.
